Hot plates are quick and simple to use. Most of us have cooked by this method at some time.

This is barbecue cooking at it’s easiest and most achievable.

The hot plate should be used when cooking food with a high fat content.

Foods normally cooked in a frying pan are good examples.

Garth Hotplates are reversible, either full flat plate or 1/3 searing plate and 2/3 flat plate.
